2026 Final Summary

Greetings, Patriots!

Well, it’s over! The 114th Tennessee General Assembly Session has come to an end. We have several new laws to celebrate and several that we consider to be losses because they were good bills that failed to get enough votes to pass or were bills we opposed that did obtain the necessary votes to pass. Either way, Tennessee conservatives have some serious work ahead of us this year. 

We thank YOU for all of the phone calls and emails to your legislators to ensure our conservative voices are being heard. We encourage you to share the link to our final 2026 Legislation Summary below with all your friends and ask that you take a long look at the bills that passed and failed. We will all be reaping the benefits or feeling the pain when most of these go into effect in July. THIS is why who we elect to our state legislature is critical to protecting our faith, family, and freedom.
